It was announced that in the project of recommendations of the Committees Hearings on the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Law of Ukraine in the Sphere of Royalties and Allied Rights" that were held in September 2008, the propositions that were suggested by the Committee should be taken into account.
According to the Chairman of the Committee, Volodymyr Poplokhali, the resolutions of the Council on National Safety and Defense of Ukraine "On Intellectual property and Strengthening of its Role in the Formation of the National Wealth" from the 21st of November should be taken into consideration the same as the resolutions of the local self-governing bodies concerning the issues.
